My 2003 Deauville was involved in a slow-speed accident which resulted in damage to:
the front fairing
front mudguard
headlight (snapped the plastic mounting points)
some collateral damage to side fairing
the forks are misaligned (possibility just twisted but could be slightly bent. My local garage tells me this would be quite a cheap repair)
I have owned the bike for 5 years and it has been very reliable and used every day it now shows 43,000 miles. I have basically serviced it myself since around 32,000.
It has had a new exhaust system (Black widow) fitted in November 2017
Fork tubes were replaced only last year
current MOT expires in November. There were advisory’s for brake pads front and rear and a slightly notchy steering headbearing (but this could just need tightening as it was replaced in 2017)
the bike starts and everything else works ok
