Honda Vf1000f 1986 Needs Mot ( Spares Or Repair)

Honda VF1000 1984 purchased by me as Lockdown project for a friend to have something to do instead of pacing up n down in their garage bored bemoaning nothing to do can’t go anywhere.This bike had been sitting unused and needed servicing and  recommissioning, here is a list of the work carried out.Brake callipers stripped down red paint removed  overhauled new seals bleed nipples brake pads  and painted gold.Brake master cylinder seals renewedClutch slave and master cylinder seals renewed Front forks had rust pitting in the chrome legs  and replaced.Bodywork side panels broken and good used parts acquired and fitted .Engine oil  filter plugs replaced.Indicators replaced.Perished front tyre replacedRusty exhaust cleaned repainted new clips fittedRusty jubilee clips replacedFuel hose replaced.New batteryRear seat grab handle fitted.Rear damper was replaced but on the test run this collapsed and seized closed so another unit is being sought so it can be fitted and bike go for its MoT.Bike starts first time every time.You may need to do some fettling to get it to where you want the bike for riding.Im not a rider of motorbikes so it will only sit in my workshop alongside my race cars, so it may as well be sold to someone who wants a classic bike to ride at the weekends and I will use the funds to look at building a replica race bike to give my friend something else  to do over the winter!!Viewing is by appointment in Brighton day light time is better.If you want to test ride you will need to have an insurance policy to cover your to ride it and bring £2000 cash whilst you areoff on the bike sorry but  NO exceptions!Last 2 photos show the bike when I acquired it, the rest are the work in progress finished bikeany questions just ask.Cash on collection or bank transfer NO PPAL!!
