Kawasaki KMX 125 1989 Spares or repair
Only selling as spares or repair due to needing carb cleaned and not had running for 2 yrs or so.
Purchased this bike a while back to restore but no longer have the time to complete.
When i purchased it was running fine and was a good bike even due to age.
Good points
Front and rear wheel bearings replaced
Swingarm bearings and suspension linkage bearings replaced
Headstock bearings replaced
New handlebars
New engine gaskets
New clutch lever
Side plastics replaced
New seat cover but not fitted
New handlebar grips
Comes with transmission oil and coolant plus 2 stroke oil
Brake pads replaced front and rear
Front and rear sprocket replaced
New footpegs but require fitting
Receipts for all the above
Checked with Kawasaki and they have confirmed it’s a 1989 model
Bad points
No V5 as always used off road, the owner before me never had it either
Requires brake lines front and rear
Front brake lever needs repkacing
Radiator panel has cracked at the bottom
Carb needs cleaning
Needs chain as one I purchased is too short
It’s been sprayed black not a great job
The bike needs s general tidy up, I would rather you view first to decide as no returns. No warranty given. If you wish for a courier to collect then I can arrange to be home .
I have some spare parts that I will give with the bike, please don’t expect a new bike as this definitely isn’t, however will make a cheap off road first bike and will end up selling cheap.
