GS1000 project bike.brought last month on impulse but too many projects.previous owner was building a beach racer hence the brand new knobblies.motor is quite clean and all present. holds oil and spins over smoothly with no noises.carbs are proper slide carbs not cv. fitted with pods.front end and back wheel are zx6r. forks are clean with good seals. clean calipers with braided hoses. i also have rear caliper.seat base is solid as is foam.new cover needs fitting. think tailpiece is 750.swingarm is a classic stainless item.tank is solid. no keys.headlamp and front guard.have correct rear spindle.front sprocket and chain.bad bits.rear footpeg brackets removed. i have a pair if you want to keep frame looks classic.exhaust studs swopped for next size up. good solid job but one left to do. rear wheel spacer needs slimming down a few mm.not really bad bits but trying to describe it well. good solid projectcan be viewed most nights in wolverhampton. cash on collection.
