Hi & thanks for looking at my auction.

Same old story you’ve heard a hundred times or more! I basically need the space to get on with my other projects, so these have to go.

I’m selling two Suzuki GS550’s as projects/spares or repair.

Enough to build two bikes and have spares left over!

I’d intended restoring the Katana to a good standard and make a cafe racer style bike from the other one.

I haven’t had either of the engines running, so can’t give any guarantees, but these are robust old dinosaurs. However, it would be prudent to bank on at least a refresh & service and a thorough check over.

Please check out the pictures to see what’s available, although there’s a lot more than is visible in the photo’s, including new tank & side panel decals for the katana.

Most of the parts need refurbishment or restoration, but some of the parts are very good indeed. The silver frame (Katana) has had a repair to the lower right frame rail, but it’s been done well & is very strong.There’s also a nice alloy swinging arm from a GSX1100, as I was planning to upgrade the Katana’s running gear.

The complete bike is only roughly bolted together for ease of moving & to give an idea of what I had in mind.

A breif rundown shows three engines, two frames with V5’s in my name, very good Katana forks with no pitting on the stanchions, very good standard wheels, decent tyres plus tons more. All the parts you’ll need to build two bikes are there. You’ll need a van or maybe an estate car to remove it all.

Definitely collection only, as I don’t have the means to deliver. Cash on collection preferred although paypal is okay too.
