Welcome to auction of my sons Aprilia RX 50.He bought this as a project for when he turned 16. He has now turned that, passed his CBT and eager to get on the road.He’s started an an apprenticeship so needed transport quickly, long story short I got him another bike, so this one is now up for grabs.He has the V5 document in his name that will be transferred online on collection.Partial stripped, Bought it with a blown motor with a spare engine to fit. This has a Brand new barrel and pistion kit fitted, selects all the gears and seems fine.We have not had it running but with a battery on it the plug sparked so that side seems fine.The engine that came as a spare was an electric start,I converted it to kick start with the bits off the original engine. You can put it back if you want?The bike also came with the incorrect inlet manifold, this is fitted but causes the carb to be right up against the rear shock.We bought the proper angled one, this comes with the bike.Also it came with a performance carb, manifold, air filter and uprated reeds.These are all inclusive in the sale.Has 2 practically new tyres.I would say this is 95% complete.Will make a great bike or a good source of parts as these bikes are getting rare now.Just looking to get some money back.
