Running project moped for sale. Loads of potential in this ratty old 50cc two stroke, sadly I have way too many projects and not enough time and space to entertain them all. Popular AM6 engine developed by Aprila & Morrini and found in the Aprila RS50 of the time. This one has new main bearings and seals (by previous owner), has been sitting dry for a year or so, I’ve just threw some fuel in the system and fitted a new battery & runs a treat. I Have a video of it running from cold to share if required. Sadly the rest of the bike needs some TLC, everything is a bit ratty. Saying that the tyres are old but not worn, chain and sprockets are in good order. the suspension, brakes all work as does the clutch and shifter. Indicators, tail and head lights do what they are design to. Brake light did work though now there is a little gremlin in the that circuit, time required to find it that I don’t have. Keys and V5 log book are present. Collection only as it has a brake light switch issue I have not got the time to fix for an MOT. I can possibly deliver but it would be for a fee, happy to discuss this If required.
