sadley the owner of this bike has just passed away so i,m selling on behalf of his wife .This iconic bmw r100rs is unfortunatly at this time a none runner as there is no battery and i havnt had chance to get one sorted or no much about these bikes apart from what i,ve learnt in the last couple of weeks ie price and what spares are available and what i think it needs to get running .I have a load of history with it ie mot,s tax discs and four boxes of spares .By looking over it it will need a battery ,fork gators and the petrol tank cap will not undo which i understand is a normal but fixable problem if you have patience .i think it will proberly start after a going over it but will need time and someone who knows what they are doing .Anyone interested in having a look or have more relavant questions please contact me as this is my first attemp at selling it .please read this add and be aware that i,am trying to do the right thing by his wife and get a reasonable amount for this bike ie what its worth and not get some chancer trying to get it for nothing .collection only Also from the same stable is a bmw k100 in red with rear panniers on less than 30 thousand miles ,running but mot has ran out this year so will need a new one . if anyone is interested i will put it on ebay on classified .
