Honda 2006 ntv 700 deauville SPARES OR REPAIR.With a bit of TLC could be a nice reliable commuter bikeNON RUNNER SO YOU WILL NEED A VAN FOR COLLECTIONBAD BITSWas running perfectly until i left it for a long period.Battery wasnt great and removed it to charge.However previous owner i think fitted a battery not for this model and stretched the postitive RED battery cable across.As i was short of time i stretched it across to re fit and now nothing no dash or fuel pump prime.So probably damaged battery lead to fix and new battery.I tried my other motorbatt battery on it and nothing and fuses all look good.Also notice the left hand side panier is just a cover and nothing underneath.Seat can still be removed despite catch being in pannier box as the cable pull it still there to release seat.Ive taken pics see last 3 of seat removed.Rear tyre seems to have slow puncture or valve leak so i was just pumping it up with a foot pump every few days.Good bitsAnyway what you see is what you get2006 Honda Deauville Grey 66,400 milesNice easy v twin motor that will cruise all day or great for swift overtakes in city trafficHeated grips Not the best cosmetically but then its a cheap as chips commuter hack bike imo So if you after a mint garage queen look else whereWith some TLC and a few parts you will get a cracking commuter or touring bike if you get the panniers parts off fleabayGreat MPG and more capacity than previous model and very low insurance In the end i needed a bike for work so didnt have time to fix it off the road so purchased another 650.I like the higher seat height on those.Otherwise id have repaired this and got many reliable years riding out of it to work or trips to Europe.As its not cosmetically perfect you dont have to worry about a few more dings or scraps either.Cheap bike for all year all weather use or BREAK IT FOR PARTS AND MAKE SOME MONEY IF YOU HAVE THE TIME AND PATIENCECash on collection and no time wasters please as this is a honest auction
