This auction is for a Honda Express 1978
I purchased this bike as a project but now have lost
interest so I want to sell to create some room
Bike is a 1978 model and is showing a mileage of 4319 on the clocks but I
cannot guarantee this with 5 previous owners
There are a pair of keys the V5 is in my name and it is sorned
off road
on the dvla data base
The bike has been fitted with a replacement starter spring (I have reciept)
and generally starts 3rd wind up !
I have not been unable to get it to tick over reliably with out
the choke partially on ,I think it mat have a float adjustment required
The battery is not present and the front headlight bulb is
missing due to the lack of battery I have been unable to test the rest, but the
horn works with the bike running
The front brake seems to need an adjustment and the rear
tyre has a puncture.
There is a number plate comes with the bike and its BKK 911T
which I believe could be valuable fitted
to the bike
The frame is in a good order and the bike does not show any signs of
serious accident damage
The forks are in good condition in the working areas and the exhaust seems
unperforated and in reasonable condition
The centre stand is in working order
The bike rolls on the wheels and the tyres look good apart from the obvious puncture
The bike is being sold for spares or
repairs due to its idling problems.
I can provide frame and number plate numbers for you to check if you wish
If you need pictures of a specific area of the motorcycle please ask and I will
do my best to take them or maybe a viewing maybe easier
