Purchased just over a year ago from Mikuni Ozz as a kit for Honda cb250

Invoice is in the pictures

I am selling the whole lot together. I don’t want to split the bundle up

Please note…..

VM30 carbs are not a pair. Left and right They are sold as single carbs, so the choke is on the same side on both

It is completely possible to operate the right hand choke from the outside by pushing choke housing up and down it’s very easy.You don’t have to put your hand through the carbs to operate the choke lever on the right hand side

Took me a while to work it out!

All the spare parts are genuine mikuni brought from either Allen’s performance or Motocarb

Included is also a thread bar I made to hold the carbs together as using the provided air pods. You lose the rigity of the original air boxes holding the carbs .Bar is in the pictures to show how it attaches

Included are original mikuni intake rubbers purchased separately that cost an extra £90!

You do need the mikuni ones as the rubber has the lip that matches the carb body…..tried buying cheap copies… then tried using original inlet rubbers

Original mikuni ones work with no air leaks

Throttle cable is a kit from Venhill for single bar end throttle 107cm long

The bike it was fitted to was a cb250g5 with cb250k4 switch gear, which is single cable

The CB250g5 has a twin exit for push pull cable on original carb, so you would need a different cable

Slides in carbs are size 5

Idle jets are 27.5

Main jet 150

Needle jet is the original that came with kit….sorry can’t remember the size

Spare stuff

Slides size 6.25

Main jets 165 x 2 and 155 x2

Needle jet holders 159/P6. 157/P2

Idle jets 25 x2. 30 x2. 32.5 x2 29 x2

The measurements of the carb bodies are in the speel from Mikuni Ozz in one of the photos

Please make sure these carbs will fit your bike They will fit any jap 250cc360cc and other small Japanese bikes as long as the outlet on the bike matches these measurements
