After deciding my biking days are over I’ve been clearing out the garage of spare parts but now I have some space I can finally get to ‘The Pig II’This was my replacement for the original pig which I ended up crashing when done luggage got stuck in the rear wheel hence lots of spare parts for sale.This bikes last proper trip was to Ireland unfortunately that was about 13 years ago and since then she’s been left in my garage gathering dust. She was working fine when put away but will obviously need some attention to get her on the road again. She looks a bit tatty with a dodgy black paint job and has surface rust in places but everything is there I’ve even got a replacement rear lens to replace the one that got damaged whilst in the garage. I’ve added some photos of her as is straight out of storage with no prep work she’s been covered with a rubber mat and carpet insulation and the garage is pretty dry apart from a flood last winter. If you want to view I’m happy to accommodate where I can, same goes for photos just ask. I’ll get some better ones once the snow goes awayCollection from Keighley BD20 West Yorkshire.Additional photos of inside the fuel tank which is not leaking but does have surface rust on the outside so strip and repaint ideally, internally its looking good with no smell of fuel or fluid leaking out. I wiped the LHS stanchion with my hand to clean up a bit (before and after pics) both are in good condition. Front brake discs are good calipers sticking a bit, rear disc has surface corrosion but calipers seem free. Shes scratty and isn’t a ride away but she’s all there for either restoration or breaking.
