Engine has around 17k miles (from memory as the battery has died)
Insurance write off due to repair cost, the frame and forks are not damaged. It was just the fairings which were in a bad way. I hit a car that had pulled out in front, manage to avoid a head on but shaved the back of her car with the n/s so the bike and I went down on the o/s at a slow speed approx 10-15mph. I’ve tried to capture all the damage within the pictures but can focus in on certain parts if you require.
Idea was to buy fairings and put it back to stock
Or street fighter it
Or strip and sell the parts
I now haven’t got the time or space to work on the bike with living in London. The bike is in Essex.
Bad points
• Fairings have been stripped as they were all damaged
• No headlight as again. That was damaged
• Rear brake foot lever is snapped
• Crash bobbin is bent
• Rear indicator has snapped
• Belly pan has scratches on it
• Battery has died so will need replacing
Bikes good points
• Shorty levers
• Braided brake hoses
• Race can
• Engine runs
• Nearly new pilot road 2s
• Frame is not bent
• Forks are not bent
• Looms all still in place
