Hi and here we have a suzuki ap50 moped.
Low mileage in average condition.
It’s all there was running about 2yrs ago,clean the carb and fresh fuel and she will run again, engine turns over freely with good compression.
As you can see the frame has rusted on the side plates and looks like one side has a crack.
If you are good with a welder then a good repair could be done (I’m not!)
Or buy a frame and swap it all over(I don’t have the time)
Would make a good project or parts for another.
