2019 Yamaha xt1200ze electronic suspension what is probably to say the best around

Was bought new in 2019 by previous owner and then had a slight off few months later light damage in pictures was just cosmetic damage as was dropped at about 10mph whilst turning then bike was ridden home then hasn’t been used since
Not recorded on insurance full hpi report provided, no previous owners one lady owner from new.
only done a few thousand miles. (Was told Seven thousand by previous owner ) Had first service so has full Yamaha dealer service history
I bought bike a few months ago but now realised I haven’t got the technical knowledge as the owner started to rebuild it and replaced/removed parts and I don’t know what goes where or what is missing
I Purchased a secondhand set of clocks as I saw it needed them but then gave up as my friend didn’t want to help me so I haven’t even bought a battery for it as I’ve given up
Just needs rebuilding and several parts including headlight, coils and gear selector plus more
This is a project and is sold as seen – it doesn’t run at present but previous owner said it would not take much to get it back on road but judge that for yourself
Please no silly offers as this bike is worth around 10k when complete what could be done for a few hundred quid if you purchase a used headlight and other parts as it hasn’t even a quarter of the miles put on her of the ones that are fetching that and the bike never reached over 60 mph as was only used locally on light green lanes of a weekend.
Would make the perfect touring bike as you can see by pictures
