2006 Yamaha FZ6, for parts.
I bought this bike after crashing my own FZ6, I bought it for parts, it’s done 77k miles, I was sold it as a runner but I cannot confirm this as I have never tried starting it as I’ve never had a reason to.
What I do know about the bike: The front wheel is buckled, there is no working starter motor as I removed the working one, the regulator rectifier is also removed, there is no battery, indicators, rear sprocket or number plate holder.
All other parts should be present, there are practically brand new Michelin Pilot 3 tyres on front and rear, the front was covered in oil when I crashed so probably wouldn’t use that, but the rear is very useable.
This is the ABS model, so the wiring loom and ECU are ABS compatible, however there are no ABS modules for the wheels and I had to cut the front ABS sensor. The tank is dented as it from my crashed bike, but still useable.
ideal for someone who wants to strip it down for parts.
I have the V5, 3 keys including the important red key.
