Frame has superficial surface rust.

Swinging arm and rear wheel rim are shot.

Pictured spare swinging arm and rear wheel are included

Rare model these days, MATCHING NUMBERS. I don’t have registration plate or the V5 but frame and engine number are intact and visible so dvlc should be able to help if required.

No you can’t ride it home but please feel free to ask sensible questions.
